• Manage Children in Care / Looked After Children cases.
• Complete assessments and reports for panels and Child in Care Reviews.
• Progress Care Plans for permanence and prepare Court reports (Schedule 21).
• Prepare Parenting Assessments and statements.
• Support discharge of Care Orders and DOLs applications.
• Support children and young people at risk of exploitation.
• Ensure children's voices remain central to decision-making.
