Key Care & Support are seeking experienced Children's Support Workers for ongoing, regular hours around Trafford. You will be based in one location with weekend work essential. A driver and flexible availability are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a UK driving license held for at least 12 months in the UK.
• Available for minimum 30 hours per week.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support children in the family home.
• Promote positive relationships through effective communication.
• Support community inclusion and social events to build life skills.
• Assist with personal care and medication prompts as needed.
