Job summary

Phoenix Care Staff Limited is seeking experienced Children's Support Workers to join our team, supporting children and young people with learning disabilities, complex needs and challenging behaviours. We have a range of shifts available, including day shifts, waking nights and sleep-ins.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months' care experience, ability to handle challenging behaviours, a full UK driving licence is preferred, and a flexible, person-centred approach to support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months' experience working in care/support work.
• Experience supporting children or young people with learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Experience managing challenging behaviours.
• A full UK driving licence is preferred.
• Reliable, caring and confident in providing person-centred support.
• Flexible and willing to work a variety of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support children and young people with learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Assist with daily activities and behavioural support.
• Provide safe, compassionate care and responsiveness to individual needs.
