Job summary

Phoenix Care Staff Limited is seeking experienced Children's Support Workers to join our team, helping children and young people with learning disabilities, complex needs and challenging behaviours. We offer flexible shifts, including days, waking nights and sleep-ins, with weekly pay at £13.50 per hour.

Applicants should have at least 6 months experience in care/support work and may hold a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months' experience working in care/support work.
• Experience supporting children or young people with learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Experience managing challenging behaviours.
