Job summary

Key Care & Support in Trafford is expanding; we have contracts for Support Workers. You must be a driver with a UK licence and hold it for at least 12 months. Full and part-time roles available with guaranteed hours and pension contributions. Excellent communication and a person-centred approach are essential to help people with learning disabilities and autism live quality lives. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months UK experience in a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Driver with UK driving licence for at least 12 months.
• Disability Confident Leader status encouraged; enhanced DBS check and suitable references.

Responsibilities

• Support people to live independently with budgeting, paying bills, housework and meal planning.
• Build relationships and promote positive community involvement.
• Assist with personal care and daily routines as required.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance in all activities.
