Job summary

Sterling Cross Ltd. Derby seeks a dedicated Residential Support Worker to provide day-to-day care, emotional support, and therapeutic guidance in a Children’s Home setting. Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Experience in residential childcare with complex needs/learning disability preferred.
