Job summary

Sterling Cross Trading LLP is seeking a caring Residential Support Worker to join its specialist children's residential service. You will provide day-to-day care, emotional support and therapeutic guidance to children and young people, helping them build confidence and life skills in a safe, nurturing environment.

You will work with a wider team to understand each child's needs and deliver consistent, compassionate support.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Experience in residential childcare with complex needs/learning disability preferred.
• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or working towards.

Responsibilities

A specialist children's residential service is looking for a caring and dedicated Residential Support Worker to join its team.

The role involves providing day-to-day care, emotional support and therapeutic guidance to children and young people, helping them build confidence, develop life skills and achieve positive outcomes in a safe and nurturing environment.

You will work closely with the wider team to understand each child's individual needs and provide consistent, compassionate support.

Company cars are provided for use whilst on shift, candidates must have a full UK driving licence.

About You:

• Full UK driving licence
• Previous experience in residential childcare with complex needs/learning disability
• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or working towards
• Passion for nurturing the potential of young people
• Unrestricted UK Right to Work required; no visa sponsorship available.
