Job summary

Sterling Cross Ltd. Derby seeks a dedicated Residential Support Worker to provide day-to-day care, emotional support, and therapeutic guidance in a Children’s Home setting. You will collaborate with the team to tailor support to each child, helping them build life skills in a safe, nurturing environment.

A specialist children's residential service is looking for a caring and dedicated Residential Support Worker to join its team.

The role involves providing day-to-day care, emotional support and therapeutic guidance to children and young people, helping them build confidence, develop life skills and achieve positive outcomes in a safe and nurturing environment.

You will work closely with the wider team to understand each child's individual needs and provide consistent, compassionate support.

Company cars are provided for use whilst on shift, candidates must have a full UK driving licence.

About You

• Full UK driving licence
• Previous experience in residential childcare with complex needs/learning disability
• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or working towards
• Passion for nurturing the potential of young people
• Unrestricted UK Right to Work required; no visa sponsorship available.
