Job summary

Sterling Cross Trading LLP is seeking a caring Residential Support Worker to join its team in the East Midlands. You will provide day-to-day care, emotional support and therapeutic guidance to children and young people, helping them build confidence, life skills and resilience in a safe, nurturing environment.

Familiar with complex needs, you will work with the team to tailor support to each child, promote wellbeing and positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential childcare with complex needs/learning disability.
• Unrestricted UK Right to Work; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day care, emotional support and therapeutic guidance to children and young people in a safe, nurturing environment.
• Collaborate with the wider team to understand each child's needs and deliver consistent, compassionate support.
