Qualifications

• Excellent administrative skills in a busy office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel.
• GCSEs in English and Maths.
• Ability to work in a team and manage priorities.
• Confidential handling of sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical and administrative support across the Offender Management Unit.
• Maintain accurate prisoner records on computer systems.
• Support transfers, receptions, discharges and licence production.
• Communicate with internal teams and external agencies.
• Ensure documentation is secure and confidential.
• Produce reports and audit trails of actions taken.
• File, archive and manage prisoner records.
• Support sentence planning and parole processes.
