A valid UK manual driving license is required to use company cars, and you will support two residents with complex health needs in daily activities.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid UK manual driving license.
• Able to work shift patterns including weekends and sleep-ins.
• Able to commute to Ilminster and use company vehicles when needed.

Responsibilities

• Support two residents with complex health needs in daily activities.
• Assist with shopping, outings, and light community activities.
• Medication monitoring and health checks as required.
• Support with financial and dietary needs, and domestic tasks.
