Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence required.
• Positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping others.
• Experience in care is welcome but not essential; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and mental health needs to live independently.
• Assist with daily tasks such as cooking, budgeting, and medication.
• Provide a friendly, supportive presence and help build confidence and joy each day.
