• Seven+ years in corporate strategy or business development.
• Proven track record securing six- to seven-figure corporate partnerships in UK/US.
• Experience leading complex funding proposals and negotiations.
• Strong financial literacy and ability to assess value.
• Understanding of ESG/CSR and sustainability trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a corporate fundraising strategy for UK and US partners.
• Identify and cultivate prospective corporate partners; prepare multi-year proposals.
• Lead partnership negotiations and secure new agreements and renewals.
• Manage due diligence, compliance, and risk in funding relationships.
