Job summary

Cool Earth is seeking a senior corporate partnerships professional to own and grow a portfolio worth around £1 million annually. You will manage established relationships, secure renewals, and explore expansion opportunities with leading brands.

You’ll work with senior stakeholders, craft partnership plans, and drive income growth within a flexible, remote-working role with travel for partner meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience managing corporate partnerships or accounts with income responsibility you can evidence.
• Proven track record renewing and growing high-value relationships.
• Ability to hold conversations with senior stakeholders (marketing, sustainability, leadership).
• Genuine interest in climate, nature and rainforest communities.

Responsibilities

• Own a named portfolio of corporate partners – income, retention, renewals, growth and risks.
• Write and run account plans for priority partners and plan growth.
• Lead renewal conversations and secure multi-year commitments.
• Forecast portfolio income, maintain CRM accuracy and spot at-risk accounts.
• Manage portfolio income and expenditure within budget.
