Healthy and Active in East Kilbride is seeking a Senior Operations Co-ordinator to help ensure the organisation operates smoothly, efficiently and effectively. You’ll work closely with the Chief Executive to support staff, strengthen systems and deliver impact across East Kilbride.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, administration or coordination.
• Experience supervising staff.
• Experience with finance processes and systems.
• Familiarity with HR support and compliance.
• Health & safety coordination experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and administration.
• Supervise staff and provide line management.
• Administer payroll and assist with finance using Xero.
• Support HR processes and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate Health & Safety.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures.
