Qualifications

• Passion for helping others and experience in leadership and team building.
• Experience in hospitality/catering, preferably in an educational setting is preferred but not essential.
• Strong people skills and ability to manage complexities.

Responsibilities

• Provide inspirational leadership to the management and teams.
• Oversee three managers and ensure all aspects of their roles are achieved.
• Manage the charity operations including governance, financial reviews and trustee meetings.
