Not For Profit People in Leicester is seeking an ambitious Operations & Partnerships Manager to lead a growing social enterprise trading arm. You will drive business growth, develop strategic partnerships, and oversee operational delivery to support people facing hardship.

Reporting to the CEO, you will manage a team, optimise systems, and ensure financial sustainability while delivering social impact through white goods and essential household items.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development and B2B sales.
• Track record of converting opportunities into sustainable income.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
• Experience managing teams and leading people effectively.

Responsibilities

• 50% Business Development & Partnership Growth: Build and manage a strong B2B sales pipeline; develop relationships with housing associations, social landlords, local authorities, charities and socially-minded businesses; identify and convert new opportunities; manage key customer accounts and long-term partnerships.
• 35% Operations, Logistics & Service Delivery: Oversee stock management, procurement and supplier relationships; manage delivery operations and fulfilment; ensure excellent customer service and operational performance; review and improve systems and processes.
• 15% People, Finance & Compliance: Lead, motivate and develop staff and volunteers; manage budgets, sales targets and performance reporting; monitor margins and financial performance; ensure health and safety, data protection and policies.
