Job summary

Evolution Money is recruiting a mortgage adviser to join our Manchester team. You will manage leads, assess client needs, and offer tailored recommendations while upholding SMCR regulatory standards. A CeMAP qualification (full or partial) is preferred, with training provided, and a minimum of 12 months in advised sales.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification (full or partial) with training provided.
• Minimum 12 months' experience in an advised sales role.
• Proven track record of hitting objectives in a fast-paced environment.
• Onsite in Manchester City Centre Offices at least 3 days per week.

• Manage leads across multiple channels.
• Deliver excellent customer service by evaluating needs and offering tailored recommendations.
• Hit agreed service levels and targets, striving to overachieve.
