Job summary

Community Impact Bucks is seeking a Data, Insight and Impact Lead to turn data into actionable insights, dashboards and impact stories that inform decisions and shape priorities across programmes. You will work with the Senior Leadership Team and project leads to improve data quality, monitoring, reporting and compliance, including GDPR, while building data skills across the team.

Responsibilities

• Developing and improving data, insight and impact reporting across the charity.
• Analysing monitoring and evaluation data to demonstrate impact and support service improvement.
• Producing clear reports, dashboards, visualisations and impact stories for different audiences.
• Supporting project teams to collect accurate and useful data that meets operational and funder requirements.
• Improving data quality, consistency and validation across systems and supporting GDPR-compliant practice.
• Helping colleagues build their confidence and skills in using data and producing reports.
• Identifying effective digital tools and new approaches to data collection, analysis and reporting.
• Leading the preparation of data and insight for annual impact reporting.
• Promoting learning, reflection and evidence-informed decision-making across the charity.
