Job summary

We Are Aspire Ltd is seeking a Research & Impact Manager in London, offering a flexible hybrid working pattern with a 1-day-a-week office presence. The role is a 4-month fixed-term contract, with a salary up to £60,000 per year and a focus on delivering high-quality insights to inform decision-making across projects.

You will lead evaluation efforts, collaborate with internal teams, and combine data from multiple sources to tell compelling impact stories that drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Significant applied research or evaluation experience across research, insight, market research, social research or impact assessment.
• Experience with quantitative and qualitative research, evaluation frameworks, stakeholder engagement, senior advisory work and presenting complex findings.
• Strong communicator and critical thinker, pragmatic, curious and comfortable working independently within ambiguous, matrix-managed environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead impact assessment across strategic programmes, strengthening logic models, evaluation approaches and evidence-based decision-making organisation-wide.
• Build trusted relationships across teams, providing practical advice, constructive challenge and developing organisational impact assessment capability.

THE COMPANY

We are representing a leading client-side organisation, helping organisations improve performance, reduce risk and adopt best practice across a range of industries. They work with both international and domestic businesses to implement standards effectively and drive meaningful change. Within the Research & Insight team, they shape evaluation strategy while providing high-quality intelligence and industry insight to support the wider business.

They are now looking to expand their team with a Research & Impact Manager who will be integral to end-to-end commercial and public projects.
