Job summary

FIRST UK is seeking an exceptional Delivery Director to deploy a systematic approach to identify, build and retain relationships with educators, employers and government, underpinning our growth while ensuring safety, quality and impact for young people.

You will lead two linked pillars—Growth and Scalability—overseeing regional hubs, strategic partnerships, and a robust quality framework. The role is home-based in the UK with travel to events and hubs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify and build relationships with educators, employers and government to underpin growth.
• Oversee two linked elements: Growth and Scalability, ensuring safe, high-quality, replicable delivery.
• Implement growth architecture to scale impact through regional hubs and strategic partnerships.
• Engage schools, MATs and educator networks to drive sustained participation and outcomes.
• Establish retention mechanisms and a robust quality and impact measurement framework.
• Oversee volunteer and alumni community oversight and ongoing program delivery.
