Job summary

United Learning in England is seeking a Head of Growth to lead the delivery of continued growth across the group, transforming education in more communities and benefiting more children and young people.

You will be responsible for all aspects of growth strategy delivery and for ensuring positive outcomes for new joining schools, working with central teams to ensure robust plans that help schools thrive within the Group.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of United Learning’s growth strategy and ensure positive outcomes for new joining schools.
• Coordinate with central teams across HR, finance, technology and strategy to secure robust plans and support for each school.
• Oversee the onboarding cycle from first contact through joining the group, and promote continuous improvement across the team.
