Cool Earth is seeking a Major Donor Manager to grow major donor income by building relationships with high-net-worth individuals and philanthropic supporters. A new five-year strategy targets transformational gifts and multi-year commitments across UK, US and international donors.

Qualifications

• A track record of personally securing five- and six-figure gifts from individuals.
• Experience of finding and developing new donor relationships, not only managing existing ones.
• Experience of managing a donor portfolio and pipeline with accurate records and forecasting.

Responsabilités

• Review existing supporters to identify those with the interest and potential to give at a major level and build a strong pipeline across markets.
• Cultivate donors through face-to-face meetings, tailored engagement and compelling donor communications.
• Make significant and multi-year gift asks, involving senior leaders or trustees where appropriate.
• Provide highly personalised stewardship and help donors understand what their support makes possible.
• Own your portfolio, forecast income, and report progress to the Senior Manager.
