Qualifications

• Experience analysing quantitative and qualitative client feedback data.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Analyse client feedback data (quantitative & qualitative).
• Support quality improvement through evaluation and insight.
• Produce reports for funders/partners including GenesisCare.
• Support fundraising bids with impact reporting and evidence gathering.
• Contribute to service development and organisational learning.
