Job summary

Into Film is the UK’s leading charity for film in education and the community. This new role supports and develops our research, reporting and evaluation function to provide reliable insights for funders, supporters and education partners.

You will work with colleagues across the organisation in a hybrid pattern, with offices in London, Cardiff, Belfast, Bristol, Edinburgh and Salford, leading evaluation design, analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in impact and/or evaluation function.
• Strong qualitative data analysis capabilities.
• Knowledge of education, skills, or charity sector space.
• Collaborative and cross-functional working style.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills.
• Stakeholder management experience.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Grow and develop Into Film's research and evaluation function.
• Lead design, analysis and reporting across the organisation.
• Develop programme-level evaluation frameworks and impact strategy.
• Collaborate with programme delivery, fundraising and comms teams.
• Provide guidance on research design and data collection methods.
• Support data capture systems and quarterly/annual reporting.
• Engage with external research partners and advisory groups.
