Job summary

Bristol City Council is seeking a part-time Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Officer to support the Communities Service. This predominantly office-based role focuses on developing and managing evaluation processes, collecting stories of impact and sharing insights with partners and communities.

You will work to evidence social value, manage data systems, and support learning that informs grant-funded projects. The role may involve some evening/weekend time with flexi arrangements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading evaluation and learning processes to understand social impact.
• Ability to collect and share stories of impact with diverse audiences.
• Strong attention to detail with systems and processes mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a monitoring, evaluation and learning programme.
• Collaborate with VCSE partners to evidence impact.
• Produce clear reports and presentations for varied audiences.
