Job summary

Essex County Council, on behalf of Active Essex Foundation, is recruiting an Impact Manager for an 18-month fixed-term contract. You will lead evaluation frameworks, establish standards, and provide quality assurance, reporting to the Intelligence Manager and guiding a four-person team.

You will shape strategic insight and impact by identifying priorities, producing impact reports, mentoring staff, and managing key partnerships with stakeholders while delivering major evaluation projects across

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience.
• Significant experience leading research and evaluation projects.
• Strong understanding of quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
• Place-based approaches and systems leadership.
• Managing researchers and analysts.
