Job summary

Pret Foundation, part of Pret A Manger, seeks a Head of Impact and Governance to lead the Foundation’s data, evaluation, and governance framework. You will shape impact measurement, oversee data systems and reporting, and ensure compliance across programmes while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in monitoring and evaluation: designing and launching new database systems and developing reporting frameworks that track impact and drive continuous improvement.
• Desirable experience with budgets and ensuring compliance.
• Knowledge of GDPR and data governance requirements.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Experience leading system implementation or transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement impact measurement and evaluation strategy with clear outcomes and KPIs.
• Lead data collection, analysis, and reporting to inform decisions and identify trends.
• Oversee data systems, improve data quality, and enable reliable reporting for programmes.
• Produce high-quality impact reports for trustees and stakeholders.
• Support governance, policy development, budgeting and risk management.
