Job summary

Better Society Capital in London is seeking a 12-month fixed-term, full-time data-driven role to manage impact and systems change across all asset classes. You will help build data infrastructure, enable rigorous reporting for the Investment Committee, and embed impact, ESG and EDI practices into deals.

Joining a leading team, you’ll gain direct exposure to senior leadership, participate in tailored training, and work in a hybrid London office with flexible arrangements.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering impact management frameworks and tools.
• Ability to analyse complex problems and communicate findings clearly.
• Experience leveraging data/tech to generate impact insights.
• Proven relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of a data-driven impact and systems-change insights capability.
• Shape insights across asset classes aligned with the 2026-30 strategy.
• Build internal data infrastructure supporting insights and KPI measurement.
• Lead portfolio-level analyses and convert data into actionable insights for committees.
