Into Film is seeking an Evaluation and Impact Coordinator to bolster our research, reporting and evaluation activities. The role sits in a hybrid model with offices in London, Edinburgh and other sites, supporting funders and partners with robust data and insights into our programmes for young people aged 5-19.

You will work with the Head of Impact and Research to develop evaluation frameworks, conduct qualitative studies and deliver clear, actionable insights for senior leadership and external

Qualifications

• Experience in impact and/or evaluation functions.
• Qualitative data analysis expertise, with data management, analysis and reporting experience.
• Knowledge of education, charity or related sectors is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support Head of Impact and Research to grow Into Film's research and evaluation function.
• Help implement organisational theory of change and impact strategy.
• Lead high-quality research design, analysis and reporting across the organisation.
