Job summary

Create/change in the UK is seeking a User Researcher on a permanent basis. You will advocate for users across policy and digital product projects, ensuring decisions are informed by evidence and user needs. Working within an agile environment, you will design and conduct research.

Day to day you will plan studies, recruit participants, run workshops, analyze findings, and translate insights into clear recommendations for product teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting research using a range of qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Ability to select appropriate research methods based on objectives.
• Experience recruiting participants ethically and inclusively.
• Experience conducting research synthesis - converting findings into clear, actionable insights.
• Previous experience working in an Agile environment and in multidisciplinary teams.
• Advocating User Research with stakeholders.
• Ability to tailor communication styles to different audiences and communicate complex ideas to non-technical audiences.
• A commitment to User-Centred design and evidence-based decision making.
• Ability to work within the UK with no restrictions.
