Job summary

Cochlear UK & Ireland is seeking a proactive Product Manager for Connected Care who can translate strategy into actionable plans and deliver measurable results across customers, partners and markets.

You will develop local go-to-market strategies, gather market insights, manage portfolios, and partner with global teams to ensure successful pilots, launches and adoption of new services.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of marketing experience in medical devices
• Proven product management experience within a global matrix organisation
• Experience developing processes and supporting change management
• Strong commercial, analytical, project management and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Experience with SaaS/digital health products is a plus
• Fluent English

Responsibilities

• Develop local business and brand plans for the Connected Care portfolio
• Lead introduction and lifecycle management of new products and services in UK & Ireland
• Develop go-to-market strategies including pricing, positioning and messaging
• Provide local market input into early-stage development and business cases
• Act as local subject matter expert for Connected Care solutions and train stakeholders
• Generate market and competitor insights to strengthen positioning
• Collaborate with CX, Implementation and Sales to improve clinic pathways
• Set and monitor performance measures for adoption and growth
• Spend approx. 70% on in-country activities and 30% on EMEA priorities
