Job summary

Cochlear Europe Limited (UK) is seeking a proactive Product Manager for the Connected Care portfolio. You will develop local plans, drive go-to-market strategies, and lead lifecycle management for UK & Ireland, collaborating with regional teams to align with EMEA priorities.

You will build evidence-based business cases, train stakeholders, and monitor market dynamics while managing multiple projects with budget oversight. A hybrid role with in-country focus and EMEA collaboration.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally within medical devices.
• Proven Product Management experience within a global matrix organisation.
• Experience developing processes and supporting change management.
• Strong commercial, analytical, project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills; Salesforce and ERP experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop local business and brand plans for the Connected Care portfolio aligned with country and EMEA priorities.
• Lead introduction and lifecycle management of new products across the UK & Ireland with pilots and market releases.
• Develop go-to-market strategies including pricing, positioning, messaging and launches.
• Provide local market input into early-stage development and build evidence-based business cases for services.
• Act as local expert for Connected Care, delivering training and up-to-date materials.
• Generate market and competitor insights to strengthen digital product positioning.
• Partner with CX, Implementation and Sales to improve clinic pathways and adoption.
• Set and monitor performance measures across projects and budgets in a global matrix.
• Spend ~70% in-country and ~30% on EMEA priorities.
