Job summary

Cochlear is hiring a Product Manager - Connected Care to shape the strategy and execution of the UK Connected Care portfolio, helping clinics operate more efficiently and deliver a modern recipient experience.

You will lead a portfolio of software products and services across the UK and Ireland, collaborating with local, EMEA and Global teams to drive adoption, launch new offerings and grow the portfolio timely and within budget.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years marketing experience in medical devices.
• Proven product management experience within a global matrix organisation.
• Experience developing processes and supporting change management.
• Strong commercial, analytical, project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Develop local business and brand plans for Connected Care in the UK.
• Lead intro and lifecycle management of products and services in UK & Ireland.
• Create go-to-market strategies with local and EMEA teams.
• Provide market input and build business cases for new services.
• Serve as the local subject matter expert for Connected Care products.
• Partner with CX, Implementation and Sales to improve clinic pathways.
