Eakin Healthcare Group is seeking a Product Management Executive to work closely with the Product Management Team across our UK operations. The role involves deep product knowledge, cross-functional collaboration and driving usability and market insights to shape product strategy.

Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, you will liaise with R&D, Clinical, Quality, Regulatory, Marketing and Operations to ensure regulatory alignment and customer-focused development.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Genuine interest in product management field.
• Access to reliable transport to travel between sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Translate clinical and user insights into product design requirements.
• Support evaluation of existing products and opportunities for product optimisation.
• Ensure user needs and clinical requirements are reflected in product strategies and development plans.
• Conduct and document formative and summative usability evaluations.
• Oversee Respiratory Insights Process and ensure value to the business.
• Lead the Inspire Nurse Panel with clear objectives for data collected.
• Lead competitor monitoring and maintain accurate records for the commercial team.
• Assist in New Product Introduction by gathering customer feedback on prototypes and new products.
• Support product lifecycle processes through performance reviews and obsolescence planning.
• Collaborate with R&D to identify improvements and guide them through development.
