Job summary

UPP is seeking a Sustainability Project Coordinator to join the Energy & ESG team in London. You will support delivery of sustainability initiatives, energy and carbon reduction projects, and ESG programmes across the national portfolio, coordinating with the Director and partners to drive improvements.

The role is based in a London office with hybrid working and some UK travel to university sites, including overnight stays when required.

Qualifications

Experience in sustainability, energy or ESG programmes.
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities and records.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement with partners and colleagues.
Practical understanding of sustainability/ESG principles.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and support sustainability and ESG initiatives across UPP's portfolio.
Maintain project plans, trackers and programme reporting.
Develop business cases, briefs and procurement activities for initiatives.
Monitor delivery, status and outcomes of projects.
Coordinate governance forums and stakeholder communications.
Support energy, water, carbon and ESG improvement efforts.
Contribute to communications, campaigns and training materials.
Foster relationships with universities and suppliers to ensure delivery.
