Job summary

UTAC is recruiting a Group ESG Project Co-ordinator (Maternity Cover - 6 months FTC) to support reporting and governance across the international organisation. You will work with the Group ESG Manager to collect, validate and submit sustainability KPIs and manage carbon footprint data.

Responsibilities include developing project plans, coordinating governance schedules and dashboards, and delivering accurate reports to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent is preferred but not essential.
• Experience in sustainability, ESG or reporting is desirable.
• Relevant project management or reporting qualifications would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of ESG reporting processes across the Group.
• Coordinate carbon footprint data collection and support carbon accounting activities.
• Develop and monitor project plans with governance frameworks and action trackers.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement across functions and global locations.
• Produce high-quality sustainability reports, dashboards and communications.
• Support HR projects, communications and employee engagement initiatives.
