Job summary

UPP Ltd in London is seeking a Sustainability Project Coordinator to join the Energy & ESG team and support delivery of sustainability initiatives across the national portfolio. Qualifications

  • Experience working in sustainability, energy, environmental, facilities management or asset management environments.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and keep accurate records.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with diverse audiences.
  • Good understanding of sustainability, ESG, energy or utilities principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the implementation of sustainability and ESG initiatives across UPP's national portfolio.
  • Maintain project plans, trackers, action logs and programme reporting to provide visibility of progress, risks and milestones.
  • Support the development of business cases, project briefs and procurement activities for sustainability initiatives.
  • Monitor project delivery, implementation status and outcomes; coordinate ESG governance forums and stakeholder communications.
  • Assist with the development of sustainability communications, awareness campaigns and training materials.
  • Build strong relationships across UPP, university partners and external suppliers to support delivery of projects.
  • Support adoption of digital collaboration, automation and AI-enabled tools that improve programme management and reporting.

## Sustainability Project CoordinatorApply: London: Full time: Posted Today: End Date: September 30, 2026 (19 days left to apply): R6842**UPP is the UK's leading provider of on-campus residential and academic accommodation infrastructure, operating across a diverse portfolio of university partnerships.** We're passionate about creating exceptional places for students to live and learn, and this opportunity plays a key role in helping us deliver our sustainability and ESG ambitions across the UK.**We are looking for a Sustainability Project Coordinator** to join our Energy & ESG team and support the delivery of sustainability initiatives, energy and carbon reduction projects, and wider ESG programmes across UPP's national portfolio.Working closely with the Director of Energy & ESG, ESG Analyst, operational teams and university partners, you'll coordinate projects, engage stakeholders, track progress and help drive sustainability improvements across our sites.You'll play an important role in embedding sustainability into day-to-day operations while supporting meaningful environmental and social outcomes across the business.You'll have the opportunity to work on a broad range of sustainability initiatives, collaborate with colleagues and partners across the UK, and contribute to projects that support UPP's long-term sustainability strategy.This role is based in our award-winning London office near London Bridge and Cannon Street stations and offers hybrid working.
