Job summary

North Norfolk District Council is seeking an Environmental Protection Officer (part-time, 22 hours/week) to cover Statutory Nuisance, antisocial behaviour, and environmental crime investigations. The role supports a coastal and rural district with a focus on positive environmental outcomes and community wellbeing.

Qualifications

• A relevant degree/qualification and experience, or substantial regulatory experience.
• Excellent communication and customer care skills with ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work well in a team as well as on own initiative is essential.
• Well organised with flexibility in working patterns.
