Job summary

The CSR Programme Delivery Lead will plan, manage and deliver Golf for Good and Beyond the Fairway across the DP World Tour and Ryder Cup Europe, coordinating multiple projects and workstreams.

Based at Wentworth, the role requires UK travel and three days in the office per week, with maternity cover for a fixed term. You will work closely with Marketing, Commercial, Championship Management and Partnerships to maximise community impact.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering sponsorship or account management in sport or events.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of CSR, sustainability or ESG programmes.
• Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Golf for Good and Beyond the Fairway initiatives across the DP World Tour and Ryder Cup Europe.
• Manage multiple projects and workstreams, ensuring delivery against objectives, budgets and timelines.
• Oversee project planning, activation delivery, stakeholder engagement and post-event reporting.
• Ensure governance frameworks are followed across initiatives.
• Manage programme budgets, forecasting, reconciliation and financial reporting.
• Coordinate charitable requests and ballot processes linked to Ryder Cup Europe events.
