Job summary

European Tour Group is seeking a CSR Programme Delivery Lead to shape, deliver and enhance Golf for Good and Beyond the Fairway across the DP World Tour and Ryder Cup Europe. Based at Wentworth, the role includes coordinating multiple projects, managing budgets and reporting to senior stakeholders.

We require four+ years in sport/event sponsorship or project management, with strong CSR/sustainability experience, and excellent proposals, presentations and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Four+ years in sponsorship, account, project or event management within sport or events.
• Experience creating high-quality proposals, presentations and impact reports.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Golf for Good and Beyond the Fairway initiatives across the DP World Tour and Ryder Cup Europe.
• Manage multiple projects and workstreams, ensuring delivery against objectives, budgets and timelines.
• Oversee planning, activation, stakeholder engagement and post-event reporting.
• Ensure governance and project management processes are followed across all initiatives.
• Manage programme budgets, forecasting, reconciliation and financial reporting.
