DP World Tour seeks a Head of Workforce Logistics to lead planning, management, and delivery of workforce services for Ryder Cup 2027. This fixed-term role requires coordinating across multiple teams to ensure flawless operational support for hundreds of employees and consultants.

The role involves developing the logistics strategy, managing travel and accommodation, and ensuring efficient, compliant workforce operations during tournament week and beyond.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering logistics programmes for large events or major sporting events.
• Proven ability to manage complex accommodation and travel programmes.
• Strong budget and delivery planning capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the workforce logistics strategy for Ryder Cup 2027.
• Lead workforce travel and accommodation planning, including flights, transfers and transport.
• Oversee accommodation operations across hotels, houses, and bespoke options.
• Manage workforce accreditation processes and access requirements.
• Oversee workforce uniform programmes with internal stakeholders.
• Develop workforce communications and ensure timely operational information.
