Job summary

European Tour Group is seeking a Community Impact Manager to lead Golf for Good initiatives across events and markets in the UK, Ireland and Europe. The role focuses on designing grassroots golf, education, health and charity activities while building partnerships with schools, charities and partners.

The role requires strong project management, stakeholder engagement and the ability to travel regularly for events, with some evenings and weekends expected.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience delivering projects or programmes involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience working within sport, events, community engagement, sustainability, education or charitable sectors.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to represent an organisation externally.
• Comfortable speaking to groups, delivering presentations and facilitating activities in both formal and informal settings.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver community impact and grassroots activations across DP World Tour tournaments.
• Lead on-site programme delivery, ensuring activations are executed safely and to a high standard.
• Act as an ambassador for the DP World Tour and Golf for Good at events and community engagements.
• Facilitate activities and engage with schools, volunteers and community participants.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, charities, community organisations and partners.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders for programme planning.
• Identify opportunities to expand Golf for Good initiatives across the portfolio.
• Support delivery partners and suppliers to create meaningful outcomes at events.
• Manage multiple projects across regions and markets.
• Produce event briefings, communications, materials and post-event reports.
• Track programme outcomes and support annual impact reporting.
• Monitor timelines, budgets and milestones; assist with invoicing.
