We're looking for a passionate and proactive Community Impact Manager to help deliver this vision. The Opportunity: As Community Impact Manager, you will play a leading role in delivering the community and health pillars of the Golf for Good programme. You will be responsible for designing and delivering impactful grassroots golf, education, health and charity initiatives across selected DP World Tour events and markets.
Working as part of the Sustainability & Impact team, you'll build and manage partnerships that bring expertise, investment and innovation into our programmes, ensuring every activation creates meaningful benefits for local communities. This is a hands-on role that combines project management, stakeholder engagement and event delivery. You'll work closely with colleagues across Championship Management, Marketing, Content, Digital and Strategy, while building strong relationships with schools, community organisations, governing bodies, charitable partners and commercial stakeholders.
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with a wide range of people and is passionate about creating positive social impact through sport. The role involves regular travel across the UK, Ireland and Europe, including attendance at tournaments and events. Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends is required, with Time Off in Lieu (TOIL) provided where applicable.
