Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to placement.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards and networking.
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships.
• Work closely with clients and hiring managers to understand their requirements.
• Conduct candidate screening and interviews.
• Manage multiple vacancies and recruitment campaigns.
• Meet recruitment and business development targets.
