Job summary

Carepoint Services Limited is seeking a dedicated Recruitment Officer to lead sourcing, interviewing and onboarding for our domiciliary care team. You will build strong relationships with candidates and professionals across the Social Care sector and support recruitment marketing across multiple channels.

The role requires a proactive, organised individual who can manage a dynamic workload and contribute to process improvements within a busy office environment in Lewisham.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Social Care recruitment landscape.
• Six months’ experience in Social Care recruitment.
• Professional telephone manner and ability to communicate face to face, via Teams and social platforms.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Word, Excel and ATS.
• Ability to work in a team while managing own workload.
• Proactive sourcing of candidates and development of new recruitment opportunities.
• Calm, professional and organised in a fast-paced environment.
• Genuine passion for recruiting compassionate, reliable and professional care staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviews, DBS checks, referencing and compliance.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, clients and professionals in the Social Care sector.
• Develop creative ways to attract new candidates and support recruitment marketing across social platforms.
• Attend job fairs, recruitment events and networking opportunities to promote the organisation.
• Ensure recruitment records and compliance files are accurate and up to date.
• Provide general administrative support to the Operational Team and take minutes at meetings.
• Contribute to ongoing development and improvement of recruitment processes.
