Job summary

Nobul Resourcing Solutions is seeking a Product Manager to own discovery, scoping and delivery of our web and mobile applications for a core B2B SaaS platform. You will translate client needs into clear requirements and work with engineering and design to ship outcomes that clients find valuable.

The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on delivery: shaping the roadmap, conducting user research, writing user stories, prioritising the backlog and guiding agile ceremonies with the team.

• Thrives in a fast-moving environment with strong analytical skills.
• Careful about building intuitive, genuinely useful products.

Responsibilities

• Product strategy and vision - Define long-term strategy for web and mobile products.
• Discovery and scoping - Conduct user research and market analysis to surface pain points.
• Delivery and product ownership - Prioritize backlog and collaborate with engineering and design from concept to launch.
• New products and features - Lead conception and development of new web and mobile products.
• Continuous improvement - Iterate on existing functionality and improve UX/UI.
• Cross-functional collaboration - Partner with engineering, design, QA, success, sales and marketing.
• Stakeholder communication - Align goals and requirements with internal and external stakeholders.
• User understanding - Deeply understand client workflows and feedback for roadmap input.
• Performance monitoring - Track adoption and engagement and inform next steps.
• Agile facilitation - Lead sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
