This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity to take on a central role in how Better Society Capital manages impact and systems change across all asset classes in which it invests, at a pivotal moment as the organisation becomes a tech-first institution. The role welcomes applicants looking for a secondment as well as those seeking a fixed-term contract to cover a period of parental leave. You will help shape how BSC generates, reports on and acts on impact and systems change insight across the whole portfolio. This encompasses building the data infrastructure and analytical capability behind investment decisions, redesigning how the organisation reports to its Investment Committee, Board and external stakeholders, and working directly with asset class teams and fund managers to embed rigorous impact, ESG and EDI practice into individual deals. You will be joining a team already recognised for the strength of its impact investing practice and will help carry that standard forward.
