Job summary

Fitch Group seeks an Inclusion & Impact Reporting Analyst to lead DEI and CSR reporting from our London office. You will develop frameworks, ensure data quality, and provide insights to drive strategy and measurable outcomes.

You will own platform relationships, unify data across HRIS and partner datasets, and support external disclosures with clear metrics, governance, and ongoing improvements to reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in people analytics or HR reporting to drive DEI and CSR reporting.
• Ability to build and maintain reporting frameworks and KPIs.
• Knowledge of GDPR, data privacy, and governance in HR data.

Responsibilities

• Lead DEI and CSR reporting across the organization.
• Manage data collection, validation, and data quality for reporting datasets.
• Own platform relationships to source volunteering and giving data.
• Develop dashboards and insights for leadership and program owners.
• Prepare inputs for external disclosures and governance documents.
• Drive continuous improvement of reporting processes and automation.
