Qualifications

• Recruitment, induction, and performance management of staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage clerical and administration duties of the immunisation team to ensure a high standard of service.
• Coordinate consent forms, staff for school visits and vaccination sessions.
• Maintain school and staff rotas across the locality to ensure capacity and geographical spread.
• Handle data entry and reporting; inform GPs and relevant parties in line with contractual obligations.
• Attend group or head teacher meetings and support surge capacity for catch-up campaigns.
